In this session we will use polling software to gather responses on a set of questions regarding what you wish you knew, and what advice you have to share. We aim to make this as interactive as possible in a large group webinar format while also sharing some of the things we wish we knew when we were taking on our first management positions. We will talk about the balance of being supportive while also setting expectations for your team. Attendees can expect to hear some relatable stories and hopefully a few tricks to add to your playbook.
