Operational Efficiency – “How to Make Effective Strategic Business Decisions”

May 21 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm CDT
Virtual Event

About this Webinar:

Analysis paralysis is an inability to make a decision due to over-thinking a problem. Decision making in an animal care and use program is extremely complex because of the exhaustive number of collaborative partners and stakeholders that require the animal research department’s support to enable and facilitate preclinical research. Many teams and individuals struggle with making effective and efficient strategic business decisions because of analysis paralysis. The Process: A Decisive Decision-Making Tool was created to help executives, leaders, managers, teams, and individuals in the world of laboratory animal medicine and science make decisive decisions.
