About this Webinar:

This inspiring 60-minute session draws unique parallels between the world of rock climbing and the journey of leadership. Through personal stories—both on the wall and in the workplace—you’ll explore six key leadership principles gained through experience, including building trust, embracing failure, forging your own path, and mastering tools and techniques. From Animal Care Technician to managing a mouse production facility at Regeneron, the speaker shares hard-earned insights that will motivate and challenge you to reach new heights in your leadership journey.
