SOAR: Strategic Planning and Beyond

August 27 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm CDT
Virtual Event

About this Webinar:

The only thing that is constant in life is Change. Change is difficult for all, and continuous cycles of change can send staff members into a downward spiral of apathy, disinterest, motivational detachment, emotional indifference and fatigue. During these times organizational leaders need to focus on employee engagement. Managers and supervisors need to define the “Why?” for their staff members. Organizational strategic planning provides an opportunity to re-engage staff in understanding their purpose. A new tool for a leader’s toolbox is SOAR: Building Strengths-Based Strategy. SOAR presents an exciting strategic planning methodology that works. It is strength-focused and gives permission to the organization to “bask in” their strengths as the basis to build on past successes.
